Our client base is Sub Saharan Africa and spans the entire value chain: clients include wireline, fixed wireless, mobile operators, other service providers, enterprises and vertical players, vendors, system integrators, investors, regulators, and industry associations. We help to develop realistic and accurate financial plans for technology upgrades and digital transformation, assessing the viability of different business models, and evaluating and selecting vendors. We rely on a deep understanding of the industry and the breadth of experience to chart the approach the client is most comfortable with. We work with regulators to develop effective regulatory frameworks, license fees, spectrum allocations and related issues. We also provide technical and Project Management Resource Augmentation, as required, to Clients during major swap-outs or transformations. And we have the SSA agency for a number of Products and Services, where we support the OEMs with market development, architecture design, installations & commissioning, project management and managed services.
