Biro 59 has been present for over 25 years in the field of urban planning and architecture, including the following activities- developing urban plans and projects- creating spatial program checks and conceptual solutions- development of high-rise projects - residential, resident-buisness and other purpose buildings- monitoring of projects in the phase of the procedure as well as in the phase of the works- designing interior design for residential and commercial buildings- creating landscape architecture projects and arranging free spaces with urban mobiles. Special activity is related to consulting services- location analysis- creating spatial program checks and conceptual solutions- justification of the investment- procedures. For the purposes of designing project documentation, we have a permanent team of associates - construction, electrical, mechanical and traffic engineers, as well as agencies that perform geodetic surveys and development of geotechnical studies. Our portfolio includes conceptual designs, conceptual projects, main projects, construction projects, projects of performed condition of facilities and reconstruction and adaptation of existing facilities.
