I help people to feel better about birth and to feel more skilled to deal with it. Hello, I'm Zana and I own Birthing with Confidence, as well as Counselling with Zana. For over 20 years I've been working with groups and individuals to help parents understand, prepare for and recover from birth, whatever form that birth takes. I work with people who are so fearful of birth that they feel as if they can't 'go there', even if they would desperately love to start a family. I work with people who have had a baby before and who'd like to find out more and perhaps make different choices for a next birth. And of course I work with first-time parents to help them understand the physical and emotional journey to birth, as well as their understanding their rights and informed decision-making.
