We offer a range of services, from a basic assessment of how your company is running to offering recommendations and helping to implement them with you. If there’s something not quite working for you, we will work with you to make the changes that will benefit your business the most and set it up for future success. We have a three step process: Assess, Recommend, and Apply. Assess: Initially, we will work closely alongside you and your staff for a short period to learn the day-to-day tasks and difficulties you may face. Recommend: We will then suggest ways to improve your business. At this stage we clarify what needs to change and devise a customised solution how best to go about it for your individual situation. Apply: The final stage is where we work together to implement these changes, strengthen your organisation and enable you to proceed as a more successful, positive and efficient business. I have held a variety of roles, both employed and self- employed, meaning I understand and can empathise with the pressures on small business owners to succeed. I have been lucky enough to learn a variety of transferable skills from each of my roles, and I have taken these lessons on board to tailor the services I now provide through B.I.S to others.
