These are usually different to and over and above the position description. After successful short listing of the candidates that best match the position description and the top five must haves of the client. We then always meet candidates face to face (unless geographically incapable) for a structured interview to get a thorough understanding of the candidates wants and needs in their next career move, but also to conduct the performance profile which will then match the candidate to the clients requirements.
