The practice was founded by solicitor Martin Phillips in 2016, and now has more than 190 employees, including eighty qualified property lawyers. We work for conveyancing clients nationally in England and Wales from offices in London, Hertfordshire, and Northampton, overseeing many thousands of transactions every year. Conveyancing clients usually do not have to visit our offices because most of the process is dealt with online. The lawyers in our dispute resolution team represent clients in all kinds of property law disputes, aiming to achieve cost-effective solutions to resolve issues. We also help clients with a range of other commercial and construction law disputes, and we can provide mediation services. There is a separate team for wills and probate matters.
