BISI Consultancy - an abbreviation for Business Improvement Solutions and Implementation. BISI's mission is helping organisations generating money (- M. Goldratt) by improving and optimizing its processes. In order to obtain that goal, we use the methodologies Lean and SixSigma. BISI is specialised in leading and executing Lean/SixSigma projects: sustainably improve performances and therefore business results. The focus lies on the customer and their wishes. From there waste should be limited and the in- and output of the activities standardised, in order to reduce varieties and improve quality.
