Bissell Street is a real estate investment and development company that was founded by Kevin Hites, the former President and Chief Investment Officer at the John Buck Company and Michael O’Shaughnessy, the former Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Management at Northwood Investors. Bissell Street strategically partners with institutional investors to acquire, develop or provide advisory services for office, retail, hotel, multifamily residential and mixed-use properties where value can be created through lease-up, capital improvements, increased operational efficiency or development/redevelopment.
