Waar het kan doen we het zelf, ambacht ontmoet eenvoud in onze keuken, waar bijzondere groentegerechten hand in hand gaan met een bijzonder stuk vlees of vis. We maken gebruik van wilde fermentatie, gecontroleerde rijping en leren elke dag bij over duurzame gastronomie.
