Bitlaw

Bitlaw is a boutique law firm whose partners are early pioneers in data protection, technology, and cybersecurity law in Chile. The firm was founded by Paulina Silva and Javiera Sepúlveda, lawyers from Universidad de Chile and Universidad Católica de Chile, both with LLM in Commercial Law and specialization in technology from the University of Melbourne, who worked together for almost 10 years leading the technology area of a prestigious law firm. Their practice areas centre around their extensive experience in technology: e-commerce, technology transactions, fintech, privacy and cybersecurity. As such, Bitlaw supports its clients along the entire digital transformation path: from software implementation to e-signatures, from cloud services procurement to privacy by design.
