Bit Lingual is the first company to create a decentralized application on the ESL Coin network. ESL Coin is the full application of blockchain technology to the ESL industry. And if you are an institution, you can register on the network to be matched with clients and you would be eligible to receive a community grant from the ESL coins created for the initial supply.
