Bitmine Technologies (BMT) is wholly owned subsidiary of a Canadian private numbered corporation owned entirely by Brendan James Beals. The company was registered in 2010 and has received no outside investments. Because of BMT's interest in expanding into the Blockchain/Cryptocurrency mining business, the company has recently partnered with another private company which is already operating and a going concern company in the Blockchain/Cryptocurrency mining business. The partnership between the two companies was created to facilitate the expansion of the current business and take the company to the next level achieving $33 million in sales by 2019.
