BitWizard's core value is to respect our environment by doing business in a way which will benefit our customers, but trying to avoid creating unnecessary waste which cannot be recycled. By lengthening the life-cycle we help our environment - without questioning the speed, effectiveness or capacit of the equipment! We refurbish, repair and update used devices into as good as new high-level machines. We believe in high-quality service and knowledge, which means for the customer that the life cycle is long without additional worries or needs for service due to things already done. We believe in comprehensive service and we are glad to help both Individuals and companies. We also sell new devices (laptops, desktops, printers et.). We want to relieve the environmental load with our actions: Obviously, we sell brand-new top quality equipment, too, like laptops, desktops, servers, full-service for a new business starting up, monitors, printers - just as example. We provide help, coaching and support to anyone who has issues, private persons and companies. One area close to our heart is to help elderly people to cope both with the device as actual usage.
