As a local development institution, BizExpert provides expertise and technical support for economic policy development through a comprehensive public-private dialogue. BizExpert's approach is based on the principles of the rule of law, protection of private property, fair competition, economic freedom, and transparency. Today, BizExpert works with all levels of government, business associations, civil society organizations, and media agencies. In accordance with its mission, BizExpert promotes economic development through a rigorous process called Regulatory Impact Analysis. As part of its activities, BizExpert conducts in-depth research on pressing issues, comprehensive analysis of legislative initiatives, and organizes public discussions involving the business community and the mass media. In order to increase the potential and institutional sustainability, BizExpert implements development programs and educational initiatives for all stakeholders, including government, business, mass media, and academia. BizExpert builds an open and constructive dialogue with all relevant stakeholders to develop balanced solutions to acute issues raised by the business community of the Kyrgyz Republic.
