BKE Projects (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2013 by Krisen Narainsamy. With decades of combined experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects, the team at BKE Projects is ideally positioned to design, develop, and hand over your project on time and within budget. We are driven by Time, Cost, and Quality – the three key benchmarks for any engineering project. Our diverse skillsets in project delivery have seen us successfully complete multiple, multi-million rand projects for the South African national Department of Public Works, Local Government (municipalities), and property developers. Our capacity and track record have resulted in a growing number of joint ventures with property owners and developers. Our philosophy of ‘harmonious housing’ finds expression in our designs. When developing housing estates, we integrate lifestyle, nature-based, and outdoor activity elements in the estate layout. Indigenous trees & open spaces, walkways, and common areas are designed around maximising the positivity of living in an environment that is conducive to a healthy, balanced, and happy lifestyle. We also offer complete project management (from concept & architecture through to construction, finishing & landscaping) for bespoke high-end private home developments, with a particular focus on multi-million Rand residential homes in private estates. Our architectural designs reflect strongly both the individual tastes of the owner as well as a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental integration.
