BKR Care Consultancy specialises in working with a range of care providers and local authorities, across England, Wales and Scotland, in supporting best practice initiatives and developing a safer care environment and Ofsted registered services. We offer a wide range of services which can be tailored to individual requirements that include: • Working with local Compliance Monitoring and Safeguarding teams under large scale investigation. • Assisting distressed services working with contracting officers, compliance monitors and the CQC/CIS/CIW/Ofsted • Quality Assurance of services and the development of an action plan and follow-up monitoring. • Troubleshooting • Working to address Breach of Contract Notices. • Management of Safeguarding issues • Complaints Investigation • Location/Service review • Mock inspection. • Spot Checks • Assisting with the completion of Provider Compliance Assessment (no longer a regulatory requirement). • Mentoring of Registered Manager/Senior Staff • Review of service user involvement in action planning. • Reviewing, monitoring, assisting or rewriting policies, procedures and practice guidelines. • Induction training for care staff. • Business contingency plans. • Assisting in registration of care services such as domiciliary care agencies to residential care home • Working with solicitors in producing evidence bundles • Proving crises management to stabilise a service. • Assisting in obtaining planning permission.
