Black Block Properties was founded in 2015. The company started early in 2009 as an idea in a college dorm room, at Walter Sisulu University. This became a reality when the company was legally registered in 2015. The company is 100% black-owned and is one of very few in the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu-Natal. We currently operate three offices, Mthatha; Sandton and Koksatd. We offer property management services including sales and rentals of properties. The firm is relatively new but the Directors have a lot experience in the field and other related fields.
