Our skilled wellness practitioners lead wellness workshops and corporate events that focus on the benefits of mindfulness, breathwork, somatics, and yoga. Every class sponsored by an organization makes it possible for us to provide two classes for Black Boys and Black Men in the communities we serve. Our mission is to serve the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of Black boys and Black men through mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. We empower Black male yoga instructors to share their wellness practices within the Black community. Currently, our network encompasses 300 yogis in 95+ locations nationally and internationally. We harness our collective effort to impact local communities, with a specific focus on serving the wellness practice of Black Boys and Black Men in faith organizations, schools, prisons, jails, community centers, and yoga/wellness studios.
