Black Donuts Inc. is a global tire technology and engineering partner delivering end-to-end solutions across the entire tire value chain. We design, build, and optimize smart, sustainable tire factories while supporting tire manufacturers from early concept and planning through industrialization and full-capacity operation. Since 2011, we have collaborated with 20 of the world’s top 25 tire manufacturers, delivering projects across multiple markets and tire segments. Our work spans new tire line development, product optimization, and advanced compound and material innovation for passenger car, truck, off-road, and EV applications. We support tire innovation through integrated R&D, combining in-house FEA simulations, digital engineering, and real-world testing. Through InTire Labs, our dedicated material and testing facility, we provide fast, reliable compound and material validation, reducing development cycles and accelerating time to market. In parallel, our material research teams work with manufacturers and suppliers to develop high-performance, bio-based and regulatory-ready compounds. Our factory services cover both greenfield and brownfield projects, using simulation-based planning, digital twin modeling, and optimized layout design to reduce energy consumption, increase throughput, and future-proof operations. Execution is supported by OnTire, our purpose-built MES for tire manufacturing, delivering real-time visibility, production traceability, and seamless integration with ERP and automation systems.
