Black Fleet Network™ (BFN) is the national nonprofit collective elevating equity, leadership, and opportunity in fleet, mobility, and sustainability. We exist to confront systemic barriers, expand access, and amplify the contributions of Black professionals whose ingenuity has always fueled industry progress. At the same time, we welcome all allies, organizations, and partners committed to building a future where equity and excellence move in tandem.
