Black Label Solutions develop software to help retail, government and service organisations sell products and services anywhere, anytime. Black Label developed this approach after seeing companies struggle to modify existing IT systems, which were designed for robustness but not for flexibility. Or in other cases, throwing out the existing systems and starting over. Both approaches took massive amounts of time and money, until Black Label developed an innovative but simple alternative.
