Black Ridge owns properties in key markets throughout Canada, such as Montreal, Quebec City, and Gatineau. Founded by Kevin Hazout, Black Ridge specializes in maximizing the value of its real estate holdings and producing strong returns. Black Ridge also has a presence in the United States and is actively acquiring assets across the US.
