Black River Logistics

Black River Logistics was founded in 2023 after numerous years in the freight and transportation industry. Our team has worked at some of the larger scale transportation companies allowing them to see the underlying issues that shippers and their customers face. These issues can seem minute to larger carriers, and their complaints can be "looked into" without any real change to their operating practices. With the knowledge of the "Behind The Scenes" operations at these carriers, several pitched ideas that were brushed off and several encounters with upset customers, Black River Logistics was born. Our founders decided it was time to create a company who focuses on shippers and their customers relationships while actively listening to potential concerns and taking action to make the effective and necessary changes.
