Black & Scholared® is a purpose-driven apparel and lifestyle brand celebrating Black achievement, academic excellence, and cultural legacy. Founded in 2020, we design and produce high-quality licensed collegiate apparel, custom school spiritwear, and branded merchandise for students, alumni, educators, and institutions nationwide. Our work spans HBCUs, K–12 school districts, nonprofits, and community organizations, with a focus on storytelling through thoughtfully designed apparel. Black & Scholared® has expanded beyond direct-to-consumer into national retail, with products featured in Foot Locker, Barnes & Noble College and Follett campus bookstores, bringing culturally affirming collegiate apparel to shelves and campuses across the country. More than a brand, Black & Scholared® is a platform for representation and reinvestment. A portion of proceeds supports educational initiatives, scholarships, and programs that uplift Black scholars and communities.
