Black Dapper is a proposed e-commerce daily deals marketplace that focuses on promoting businesses that are at least 51 percent Black owned. Black Dapper was created by Brooklyn native and CEO, Elizabeth Graham, as a response to the Black community wanting to stimulate the Black economy.
