Our mission is to support the safety and liberation of all Black people, promote Black leadership, and cultivate Black-centered transformation while healing our communities and fundamentally transforming our society. Our role in the social change ecosystem is to weave networks of relationships to build community power. By connecting people to their own potential for change, and to values-aligned communities, we invite individuals to explore their self-interest, challenge assumptions about how change happens, and take action on what matters most.
