Blacksheep Tribes

Blacksheep Tribes is a group of entities which, through innovative and unique solutions, strive to put people back at the heart of organizations. Blacksheep wants to be the illustration that another model of economic and social governance is possible. This model is based on the belief that each individual constitutes an asset for the community as soon as it is given the capacity to be realized through meaningful projects. Autonomous and complementary to one another, the entities of the Blacksheep group are active in fields as varied as IT, human resources, entrepreneurship and humanitarian aid. Nicknamed "Tribes", they are distinguished by the trust and respect they have for their people and for others. To practice what we preach, the Tribes and the 150 individuals who freely collaborate there apply a “Blacksheep Way of Life”. Each member thus tends to respect five strong commitments, in all circumstances, both internally and in relations with customers and partners. These five committments are: Believe in what yo do, Challenge the norm, Create your own solution, Be proud of what you are and Speak up your mind.
