At Blackstar Advisory we are about helping our clients grow their businesses whilst helping them to overcome their biggest challenges. Whilst other business advisors are happy to deliver you a high-cost glossy report that is too impractical or too costly to implement and basically regurgitate the business owners’ ideas, Blackstar Advisory is about partnering with our clients to execute their results. We work with you every step of the way from strategy design, the implementation of that strategy through to its ultimate completion. We focus on finding and executing solutions that others can’t! Blackstar Advisory is a newly formed iteration of the careers of the partners who found it necessary to create their own firm to allow them to deliver the outcomes they believe are possible for their clients. With three of the partners having worked at various advisory firms including the big 4 accounting firms, where they were continuously frustrated with their inability to deliver the outcomes they knew they could because of the bureaucracy within. They saw the need to establish Blackstar Advisory. The evolution of the thinking of the partners has been developed with over 60 years of commercial experience, which gives the team the ability to solve even the most challenging situations. The plan is to take this ability to be flexible and nimble, and use it to provide clients with the skills, resources and thinking to achieve their ultimate outcomes. Our focus is on working with capable entrepreneurs who are truly unstoppable. Generally, they are high growth, privately owned businesses that are starting to plateau (or start-ups) that need the assistance that Blackstar can provide to deliver the outcomes they are looking for.
