It’s creating our dishes from scratch - starting with fresh, whole vegetables and proteins. Even our mac and cheese takes hours to create. Crazy? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely. It’s serving the greater good with our One Feeds Two initiative. For every meal eaten at Blackwood BBQ, we donate a nutritious school meal to children living in some of the poorest places in the world. We’re trying to use hunger to help end hunger. Finally, it’s working with people who share our love for BBQ and serving others. And making Blackwood a place where our entire team can grow, develop and succeed.
