Blanchard Institute for Educational Development and Research NV (Blanchard Institute NV) is an institute which aims to improve the quality of education and its practices through its services provided to the private and public sector in Suriname. This institute was founded by Genevieve G. Blanchard PhD and Ab-by-Gail S. Blanchard MSc on the 9th of October 2020. Vision and Mission The vision of Blanchard Institute NV is to manage, critically-constructively monitor and facilitate sustainable, high-quality, effective educational innovations within the private and public sector developing citizens into a competent and qualified workforce, which in turn are able to respond to the challenges facing the society. Mission: Blanchard Institute is a nationally, regionally and internationally oriented institute located in Suriname that aims to guarantee and improve the quality of education within both the private and public sector by providing consulting services, education and quality research to organizations in (pre)primary education, secondary education, vocational education, non-formal education and higher education.
