Blenkin Associates was established in 2003 in response to the growing demands of health service organisations to attract and recruit the highest quality middle and senior managers. More recently we have seen both public and private organisations being pushed to provide the highest quality health services at best cost making recruiting the right managers even more imperative. In 2010 in response to the Whtie Paper we launched our specialist management consultancy arm. Drawing on the extensive and varied experiences our consultants have had in the public and private sector our aim is to help guide healthcare organisations through any changes they need to make to operate more efficiently in today's competitive landscape. In particular a key focus is supporting the emerging GP Consortia through the minefield of commissioning in today's health services.
