Founded in 2021, Bleuauras Inc.(referred as Bleuauras hereafter) is dedicated to improve health and wellness through education, awareness programs, and activities pertinent to Integrative Medicine to mediate a change in consciousness creating a sustainable ecosystem focussed on peace, healthy habits, and prosperity. Bleuauras aims to understand, integrate, and explore mind-body healing to optimize personal transformation leading to better quality of life. Through our workshops, YouTube podcasts, and blogs we offer several projects targeting both adults and children empowering them with a multi pronged approach not limited to Reiki Therapy, Yoga, neuroscience-backed Mind-body practices, Diet Consultations, Art Therapy. We coach individuals, groups, and healers/coaches about the powerful resources from Indian and World Spiritual Wisdom linked to holistic development through specific programs to initiate an awareness to live a mindful life.
