A Field Force Management System Specialist, Blink Technologies is dedicated to using state of the art Human Resource solutions to optimise and promote operation efficiency in all industries. We are part of a fast growing company from Singapore in the HR industry. Our field force app, “Blink”, is used by more than 300 promoters daily to clock their attendance, send sales numbers and perform daily tasks. These are directly translated to reports for the operations team and supervisors to track daily attendance and sales numbers. Merina is currently used by merchandisers from the FMCG industry for their daily tasks and reporting to the operation team so that faster reporting and incident management can be performed.
