Welcome to Bliss Baking Company where decadent and healthy meet. We are a bakery, cafe, and coffee shop. Our bakery/cafe serves vegetarian and vegan fare, with gluten-free and raw options too. Our eggs are free range and natural with no hormones. The dairy items served are 100 % vegetarian with no animal rennet. We choose to use local and organic products as much as possible; including seasonal, Northwest Grown (when possible) produce, Bob’s Red Mill Grains and Flours, Tillamook Cheese, and all products contain no GMO’s and no artificial or processed ingredients. Everything is scratch made, from our pie crust to our salad dressings. We have breakfast, lunch, pastries, smoothies, and espresso drinks. Our espressos are by BomDia and all the syrups are scratch made. If you want real food, real ingredients, and real taste then come check us out! PLEASE NOTE – Selection varies by day.
