Choosing to work with a sleep coach can be daunting. It is important to work with someone you connect with and who’s values speak to you. I am not in the ‘cry it out sleep training’ camp, nor am I in the ‘suck it up, this is life as a parent’ camp. My support will help you to find the balance of making changes that align with your parenting values. When you need a gentle nudge to keep going I’m here! I am down to earth, friendly and real, I can laugh about the ups and downs of parenting whilst taking your problems seriously and working with you to come up with a plan that works for your family. You’ll love working with me if you believe that gentle parenting, bonding and compassion are the building blocks of creating a blissed-out baby.
