BLOCK is an urban tech startup from Budapest, Hungary founded by two young engineers and backed up by several organizations and experts. The company received $175k in its 4+ years of existence since february, 2019. We ease urban micromobility riders' life by taking the burden of worrying off of their shoulders, whenever they lock their rather high value personal bicycle or scooter. Our solution prevents theft and speeds up the locking procedure by 3 times. Thanks to our novel rack design, we can achieve a sturdy 2-point locking with one simple motion. Scan the QR code, push your bike into the rack, then close the gate. That’s it! Your bicycle is now secured by the frame and the front wheel.
