With more than 15 years combined experience, Block Property Solutions Limited was founded by two veterans in the Property Managment industry. Having dealt with high-profile and demanding London portfolios they understood the requirements of property as well as delivering a service which meets the needs of a Property Managers’ expectations. The aim of offering a unique approach to the property maintenance industry – to tackle works from a property manager’s perspective. We noticed that lots of property maintenance companies are not able to deliver services that meet the expectations of property managers. All our jobs are thoroughly documented with before and after photos, and we offer full reporting on jobs within 24 hours. To save a Property Managers time and money, all our invoices are presented with before and after photos too so Property Managers don’t have to track down the original job report, freeing them up to deal with the complex issues at hand. For every client, we assign a dedicated account manager to provide a range of services from preparing quotes, providing daily updates and answering account queries. At Block Property Solutions Ltd, our account managers inspect their client’s properties regularly, providing full reports from both the Property Manager and maintenance contractor’s perspective.
