BlockBuyer is a Residential Property Investment Crowdfunding Platform that allows regular people (Not just the wealthy) to invest together. Operators with rehab teams list properties and Crowd Investors invest in their fixed contract projects. BlockBuyer's platform is designed to produce a similar effect as Facebook, Uber, Twitter, and Airbnb, in that it allows both sides (sellers and buyers) to interact in unique ways, with self service, and nearly frictionless participation that strengthens network effects, while enhancing the ability to capture, analyze, and exchange huge amounts of data thus allowing the site to scale rapidly using network effects.
