My food is inspired by my Danish heritage and career as a chef in some of Denmark's best restaurants and catering firms. From the famous Copenhagen Tivoli Gardens to my own summer restaurant on the coastal resort of Hornbaek. I bring to Blond Catering the best of centuries of Scandinavian cooking with ingredients like fresh seafood, flavour filled pork and poultry, pickles and light terrines. It is easy for you to make your selection from my menu cards and we deliver the platters to your door ready to serve yourself or we can provide the full catering experience for your event.
