The Blonde Hedgehog Restaurant aims to source as much of its produce locally from Alderney suppliers and farms as possible. The Blonde Hedgehog is on Alderney, the northernmost of the inhabited Channel Islands. Our mission is to introduce guests from around the world to the beauty of this lesser-known island. Honouring Alderney’s history, nature and culture, we want our guests to create unique and memorable experiences here by disconnecting from the distractions of city living and reconnecting with the simple things that make life so special.
