Bloodhound evolved from existing relationships with clients in the Construction and Insurance disciplines. Over the course of a fourteen month period, several clients approached us interested in creating a partnership that they could rely on where actual recruiting and direct sourcing are the back bone of our approach to finding them the right talent. So often, as they openly conveyed, they receive any number of resumes, many not qualified, in their email inbox that can be easily found on the job boards. They are tired of the "lazy" approach to recruiting and are very interested in partnering with someone who knows how to get the job done and done right. Thus, the advent of Bloodhound!
