Bloom Well

Bloom Well was created by a mom, for those pregnant + postpartum individuals and those with pregnancy related conditions, to help them flourish before and after baby. At Bloom Well, we: • Develop client-centered occupational therapy plans of care and interventions spanning from pregnancy to the return to paid work, ensuring holistic success in home, community, and workplace environments. • Collaborate closely with clients to assess their physical, emotional, and functional needs, designing personalized care plans that foster wellness and functional independence. • Offer consulting services to organizations, enabling the creation of optimal workplace environments that support the well-being, retention, and success of pregnant and postpartum individuals. • Partner with employers to craft customized plans, including one-on-one care plans, to guide pregnant and postpartum individuals through a seamless journey from pregnancy to a successful return to paid work. • Utilize trauma and evidence-informed practices to enhance occupational performance, ensure ergonomic considerations, and promote safe and supportive environments for all stages of parenthood.
