We all go through ups and downs, but when stress, anxiety, or depression start to creep in, finding the right therapist can help set you on a path that’s made for you. As a woman who’s had to overcome a myriad of life challenges, I can offer hope. I’ll help you learn the skill of mindfulness so you can detect and accept uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. By noticing our thoughts and gaining awareness of our beliefs, we can choose actions that line up with what we value. My goal is to help you learn to live a value-based, purposeful life. It’s not easy and it can feel unsettling, but digging deeper to truly understand ourselves is meaningful. By connecting with our authentic self, uncomfortable thoughts and feelings can be put aside.
