At Bossom House we help women enhance their health and wellbeing through hypnotherapy and nutritional therapy. We specialise in all stages of women's health including fertility, pregnancy & childbirth, weight | & diet, gynaecological concerns and menopause. We help women and couples take a more proactive approach to their health improvement as well as feel empowered to reach their goal. This helps them to regain a sense of control over their situation and emotions. We work hard to make physiological changes when necessary, we teach effective stress management techniques, help them make lifestyle changes more easily, and teach pain management for example. Our role is to inspire, teach and empower our Clients achieve their personal goals and ultimately help them to improve the quality of their life,
