blp site logistics ag was founded in 2025 through the merger of Bilger+Partner AG and Pagani+Lanfranchi SA, combining their long-standing expertise in gravel processing, construction logistics, and material management. Pagani+Lanfranchi SA had been involved in complex infrastructure projects throughout Switzerland for many years – particularly in material logistics for railway, road, and hydropower construction. Bilger+Partner AG, on the other hand, contributed extensive experience in the planning and implementation of gravel plants, concrete production facilities, and material processing systems – including in large, technically demanding projects requiring the development of material management concepts. The combined competencies of both companies now form the foundation of our services in sustainable material management, project consulting, and construction logistics planning. We support clients from the initial situation analysis and evaluation of alternatives through to implementation support – including advice during the tender phase, as well as coordination and supervision during execution.
