Blue Aster Consulting, a boutique firm lead and managed by me, Rachel Gauna. We provide project/program management as a service. Leveraging PgPM skills learned from prior education, corporate training, and hands-on experience, I will drive your business strategic program initiatives from start to finish. Programs can be short or long term contractual agreements, with one program, or a few. At a minimum, we will:* Provide PMO as a service * Evaluate your current PMO environment to determine where enhancements can be made * Lead strategic technology initiatives that drive economic growth * Utilize PMO guidelines to build + scale PMO functions: governance frameworks, reporting,+ standards * Advise on cloud transformation, cybersecurity, governance, and digital modernization requirements * Lead program lifecycle from strategy to execution, driving business alignment, risk mitigation, and ROI * Serve as a trusted executive advisor * Drive vendor management, process improvement, and enterprise change enablement * Communicate status from the team up to the Executive Steering Committee
