Blue Borage

Blue Borage is a trauma-aware coaching, facilitation, and learning practice supporting individuals, leaders, and organisations to engage more consciously in complex human and organisational systems. Rooted in lived experience and informed by established leadership and communication frameworks, our work focuses on helping people move from reactivity and silence into clarity, responsibility, and values-aligned action. We work across survivor communities, education, leadership, and mission-led organisations, holding spaces for learning that are psychologically safe, relational, and grounded in dignity. This includes community-facing initiatives such as our Conversation Café series, alongside leadership development, mentoring, and organisational learning. Blue Borage hosts leadership programs, deeper learning circles and monthly facilitated Conversation Cafés that invite thoughtful dialogue, shared language, and readiness for change. Some spaces focus on specific lived experience themes, while others centre leadership, learning, and shared inquiry. Whether engaging personally, professionally, or within community and organisational contexts, our work supports people to communicate with greater care, act with integrity, and contribute to healthier cultures over time.
