Blue Dot Network

The Blue Dot Network provides an internationally recognised certification for quality infrastructure projects that are economically efficient, resilient, open and transparent, and that mitigate project risk. The OECD has appointed Edwin Lau as Head of the Blue Dot Network Secretariat, leading certification delivery and engagement with financiers, developers and standard setters to help scale private investment in emerging economies. Quality infrastructure investment is vital to meet countries’ ambitions, including economic development, access to resilient value chains, securing energy and digital resources, and improving well-being and access to services. A trusted certification will help increase the confidence of investors and other stakeholders in the robustness, resilience and sustainability of infrastructure projects. The Blue Dot Network is supported by a global multi-stakeholder community committed to quality infrastructure that brings together all the relevant stakeholders including governments, investors, business, civil society and trade unions.
