Blue Guitar Project, founded by renowned music photographer and social entrepreneur Roxy Lee, is dedicated to providing youth everywhere the freedom to dream without limits and access to opportunities to reimagine their world via our music lab. In this lab, youth collaborate globally with industry professionals on music projects, resulting in radio-worthy songs and music videos that reimagine our world. Through the Blue Guitar, we harness the power of music to inspire and promote unity, equality, freedom, and justice. We are thrilled to announce that the global "Rise Up" campaign, a result of our music lab, is already underway and will continue for over five months. The PEACE concert on November 13th, in collaboration with S.T.O.R.M Family Center in London, will mark the first live performance of "Rise Up" by London students and the release of the global "Rise Up West Coast Remix." This event aims to raise awareness about London's critical issue of youth knife crime and promote community unity. In the lead-up to and following the concert, we invite celebrity artists worldwide to join our social media campaign by ‘passing the Blue Guitar’ and sharing an inspiring message to the youth. This global participation will build momentum and spread our mission of inspiring youth to dream big and believe in their potential, while jamming the world with love, hope, and inspiration. Following the concert, the "Rise Up" campaign will continue globally into 2025. A portion of the proceeds from our custom guitar auction will benefit S.T.O.R.M Family Center’s community programs. Each custom rockstar guitar, linked to a unique artist, symbolizes the power of music and the freedom to dream. S.T.O.R.M Family Center's recent selection as one of the charities by the Queen Consort highlights its importance in addressing critical social issues in London. This collaboration and our participation in the PEACE concert aim to foster hope and opportunity for young people while driving change.
