Blue Mountain Capital Group, LLC is a New York-based firm that focuses on creating significant operating value for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and for other investor-backed companies and their investors. Pre-deal, we conduct strategic and operational due diligence, including development and execution of value creation plans. Post-deal, we work with portfolio company management teams to develop and implement high-impact initiatives that drive improvements in revenue growth, EBITDA margins and return on invested capital. In addition, we use our industry knowledge and network to proactively source private equity investment opportunities, primarily in the consumer, financial services and business services industries. When appropriate, we partner with other private equity sponsors and co-investors to bring these opportunities to fruition.
